In this step, we discover what your plans and objectives are. We want to know about you deadlines and budget. The beginning of the project is probably the best time to find out if our products and services are a good fit for you requirements.

After we clearly defined the objectives of the project and you decided to partner with us, we spend a day on practical planning. We agree on the meeting agenda and stick to it. After completing this phase we can provide you with the plan of development; project start date, timeline and estimated cost. After completing this phase we are ready to kick off with the project.
We communicate. To make you the part of the process, every Friday we have a call with you, just so you can hear and influence our plan for the next week. We decide on priorities and make sure they match your expectations. We use this call as an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have thought of during the week. You will hear good and bad news, but it is important for us to see where we are with your project, what works well and what doesn't.
That’s the part we all are looking forward to. It is the most rewarding part of the project, when we deliver the solution to people in your organization that will use it. We put a lot of effort to make sure that team on your side is prepared for the launch and we tell them what they should be ready for. Being consistent in the execution part is the only way to make the project really successful.
